My wife and I would like to commend Stan E. for his expert repair of our vehicle. Our vehicle's front end had been damaged during a sandstorm; &, had a damaged door. When our insurance company advised us to have our car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass, we were contacted by Stan; and he became our single point of contact. From our initial contact, Stan was most courteous and considerate regarding his detailed explanation of the repairs. Furthermore, he continued to keep us informed of the status of the repairs - to include unforeseen delays. We would like to thank Stan for going out of his way to contact us whenever a previous completion date had to be extended. This timely notice helped us plan accordingly to arrangement for not having our vehicle. Thankfully, Stan called us as soon our car repairs had been ... completed.Additionally, we met with a problem when we arrived to pickup our repaired vehicle. As we were about to drive away, an engine error indicator flashed on. We immediately asked Stan for his advise. Stan told us to not take the vehicle until his team could determine the cause of the error light. Per his advice, we returned home and awaited his call. Later that day Stan called to informed us that his team located a faulty vacuum line associated with one of the spark plug, ignition coils. Stan directed his team to make the necessary repairs; and, then called us to return and pick up the vehicle.Our specific commendation for Stan stems from the fact that his team's repairs did not have anything to do with engine error light. Regardless, he would not let us take the vehicle until the vehicle was completely operational and running safe.We are most pleased with the professional service, and in particular the personal service of Gerber Collision and Glass, and Stan respectively. read more

Thomas, Richard (GEICO), Rob, and the rest of the staff at Gerber Collision were awesome! From the first call I made clarifying the location (and being provided great directions, I knew Gerber was different. When I walked into the shop that first day, the entire staff treated me with courtesy, respect, and like I was important and a valued customer. It was great! I particularly appreciated the updates, initially from Rick and then from Thomas; these updates kept me posted as to the status of the repair. As I was driving away from the lot, one of the hoses popped off and I knew something was wrong; well, I pulled over, called Thomas and both he and Rob drove to my location and fixed the problem. They were great; no issues, no hassle, just "we'll be there immediately" Together they put the hose back on, Rob drove the car back to ... the garage, and then the crew at Gerber fixed the problem and they ensured everything was fixed and then test drove it to make sure it was A-OK. It is and I am one happy camper. Gerber is the company I will recommend to anyone who needs an auto repair specialist. They are amazing the the work is unparalleled. Thank you Gerber! read more
