Great customer service was provided from the front desk staff to the estimator, Shelby, as well as every other employee I interacted with in person and over the phone. Shelby provided a fair estimate, walked me through the whole process, and explained what work needed to be conducted. He was honest and only charged me for the necessary repairs. My vehicle was repaired quickly, received a nice car wash, and was returned to me looking brand new. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Henderson!

Meet with Chris Wade this morning for an estimate. Someone poured something on my front left passenger door and I could not get it off. Chris was able to buff it out and prevented having to have it painted. This was my second time I needed Gerber's help. I recommend Gerber for you car repair needs. Thank you Chris

Unfortunately I was rear ended by a car backing out of their parking spot. Without camera evidence, despite being immobile, it was ruled 50-50 fault. I went with Gerber as it was closest and most convenient, and a Geico body shop. They made drop off and retrieval a breeze and set up the rental car service with Enterprise at this location so I could easily transfer my baby car seat as well as drop off directly with them. I had to pay a deductible, but they handled all the rest. I am happy with the repairs as well as the car wash. My car looks new again.

I brought my vehicle to this location in early May after getting a quote from another body shop. My vehicle had damage on the door, bumper, and quarter panel on the passenger rear. I picked up my vehicle about 3 weeks after dropping it off, the vehicle looked like there was no prior impact. As I was backing my vehicle in to park (after picking it up), I noticed the reverse camera was not aligned. The following Monday I went in and spoke with Kevyn H., the GM, who assisted me from day one (and has exceptional customer service), he got the vehicle into the shop, had a tech fix the camera alignment issue and I was on my way. I would highly recommend working with Kevyn!
