This time, the fault was mine, but the process between USAA and Gerber Collision was unchanged - superb, timely, and professional. Repair time from delivery to retrieval - one week. I don't have enough nice things to say about my experience. I dropped off my van Monday morning. The estimate suggested it would take 7-10 days, but Keith B. called me Wednesday afternoon to say I could pick it up any time. Since my three carseat aged children were squeezed into the backseat of a Santa Fe, we were very grateful for the quick turn around. The work looks great and they even detailed it for me!

Great customer service. My mother's car had a rub mark from paint on it and we thought the bumper needed to be repainted or replaced because we couldn't clean it. The gentleman in the office that helped us, I'm sorry but I didn't get his name, just went and put some chemical on a rag and hand wiped the surface clean in about a minute. There was no charge and it looked almost new except for the minor scratches embedded in the bumper. He just recommended that we wax the area and we would be all set. We appreciated the honesty and willingness to help even though there was no money to be made on the service. We offered to pay something but he refused to take anything. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a repair.

Great service from Keith B.. As promised, the damage estimate was done quickly and I was in and out in no time. Because of unforseen circumstances, my rental car was cancelled, but the front office staff arranged for Enterprise pickup within 30 minutes of my arrival. The work was completed in a day and a half, rather than the initial estimate of up to 3 days. Email updates kept me informed on what the status was. Overall, great service by all personnel with whom I came in contact.
