7 Stars if possible. I've had a couple of understandable minor issues following a major repair to my car. After pretty much awesome service, Curtis has continued to be one of the most professional people I've ever met in helping me to resolve my issues. I think this may be costing a little more in after repair costs, but I promise that I'm telling everyone I know who has car problems to take their cars to your place.

They did an exceptional job, and had great communication. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They even accommodated transportation to the car rental facility. I received my car back in a timely manner completely repairs and very clean. I recommend this company, especially this location.

We were very please with the service and the manager with ongoing updates until our vehicle was ready. Our truck was very well taking care of and returned in tip top shape and they even thoroughly cleaned it inside. Ed is an asset to this location. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

After my minor accident I expected all kinds of problems. My car was taken to Gerber for them to estimate cost of repair, which they did. I developed other problems and couldn't tend to business like I should. BUT, in all of my dealings with Gerber, from the receptionist (she knew her job inside out) to the other representatives I was always at ease and made to feel like these folks were my family (actually a little better) and went OUT OF THE WAY to ease my repair situation. In the end, we couldn't repair the car but, it will make a nice flower pot. Gerber will get the first blooms!!

Gerber fixed some deep scratches due to vandalism in my new car's paint job. They did an amazing job! My car looked like it did when I drove it off the lot the first time. Maybe better! Everyone at the San Jose location went out of their way to help us quickly and efficiently with the utmost kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

My experience was exceptional. Helpful and courteous people. The damage was repaired and was completed 3 days sooner than promised. I hope I do not have to return, but if I needed body work done, I would definitely return to Gerber's.
