Our experience with Gerber Collision has been our best experience that we've ever had. From day one they were professional and excellent at giving updates and just making us feel comfortable with the whole process. My wife wasn't able to get to the collision center so my wife was the one handling all the communication. Everyday she spoke very highly of how seamless the process was and how happy she was Gerber was fixing our vehicle. They even called us and told us that they were able to identify a small problem with the vehicle. They took care of it with no problem and that goes to show how thorough they are with their work. Once the vehicle was fixed we were trying to figure out how we were going to drop off our rental car. Gerber Collision and Glass coordinated with the rental car company and we were able to drop off the car at Gerber ... and they turned in our rental car for our convenience. Not to mention once my wife got in my car and was driving home she realized that the car had been washed and vacuumed, just to put the cherry on top. Allison was great and we enjoyed talking with her, she was so down to earth and very professional. Mike was also great if we had a question or request he provided whatever we needed without hesitation. Enclosing even though we had a situation that started bad with someone breaking into our car once it was dropped off at Gerber we couldn't have imagined that they would make the difference in making it a great one in the end. read more

What a wonderful company to deal with , if you happen to be in a situation of needing car repair Gerber Collision did a marvelous job on my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and professional. They not only repaired my vehicle they cleaned it inside and out. I was able to pick my vehicle the next day. They have a scoring of 1-10 I give them a 11. I hope I won't need to see them again !!!!!!!

Gerber collision took great care of me and my car! I took my car to them on a Thursday, they informed me it will be ready the following Thursday, but it was actually ready a day early!! I also had to get a break leak repaired due to the accident I was in and they repaired the other side for me as a bonus!!! And it didn't cost me anything :) I would recommend anyone to Gerber Collision...Ask for Allison or Ken

As I worked with Enterprise they too had nothing but praise for you. They said they anxiously wait for your call because it is a pleasure to do business with you and your company. While the entire front office staff had big welcome smiles and an attitude for high levels of service, it is important that your leadership and award winning personality be recognized. Allison - my husband and I would personally like to thank you for the excellent service we recently received at Gerber. We brought our Nisson Murano for body work and again was so impressed with the entire experience. The professionalism, courtesy, on-going follow-up calls and expert workmanship was above and beyond. Your friendly phone calls, front desk greetings and total awareness of the entire process was so refreshing. You seem to be so aware of how busy your customers' lives can be -- especially without a car! This is our second experience with Gerber and have never been disappointed. We will certainly recommend you to all our friends. We never want to have bodywork done on our cars but unfortunately we know that accidents do happen! To know that we have Gerber Collision and Glass available to us is certainly comforting at the time ... of need. Thank you for your excellent partnership with USAA. I wanted to write an email to express how satisfied I was with Gerber collision in Huntersville. Unfortunately my wife filled out the survey and did not reflect appropriately what I thought of Gerber collision as I was the one who actually dealt with the claim in its entirety. I feel their customer service was excellent & their attention to detail was excellent. There was a minor hood issue after the initial repair but Ken was kind and accommodating with regards to the issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Gerber in the future and I would also refer friends to Gerber without any reservation. Additionally USAA was also excellent in handling the claim. My gratitude goes out to both entities.

I had a few minor bumps and bruises from my wife and kids not being as careful as needed around the new car. I had thought I may have gone to the wrong place....at first. Because of a customer who rode along with me to the rental car site, complaining about this company and the services they provided. But, when I saw my car 3 days later, it looked brand new. Turns out one bad apple can make a mountain out of a mole-hill. I cannot even tell the work had been done on my car, It looked perfect. Best of all the work is guaranteed for life, so I don't ever have to worry again if this will come back as a rust stop in the future

Outstanding service - Allison in particular was kind, helpful, courteous, & professional. She took care of EVERYTHING, I barely had to do a thing other than bring the car in & let them take it from there. The work was delivered ahead of schedule, the repairs looked terrific, and they even detailed the entire car for me! Price was very reasonable as well. We needed some work done to my wife's car, have been putting it off but I'm scheduling it with Gerber because of the excellent all-around service we've received. HIGHLY recommended.
