Gerber certainly delivered! Was promised a 2 day job but my vehicle was done in 6 hours! I picked it up same day! And Allison is very friendly, helpful and professional! Overall a very pleasant experience! Will certainly considered Gerber for any future auto body work!

Although I have been unfortunate to have been involved in several accidents over the past year, I know my vehicle is going to be taken care of at Gerber Huntersville. They always keep me updated on my repair progress, help coordinate a loaner, answer any and all questions I might have and do everything they can to get my car out of there quick! Allison over there is top notch, she's super helpful and friendly, any concern I've ever had has been promptly addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction. Nobody likes having an accident but these folks make the process as painless as possible!!!

Hello, I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know of the excellent customer service I received from Allison G. at your Huntersville, NC location. The morning I drove my car in to Gerber she was first of all very friendly and welcoming. She took a look at the damage of my car and said she would get an estimate to me asap. ASAP she did, she followed up that morning with detailed email of what needed to be done. We exchanged several emails and she was so prompt in her response to each of my questions and it literally took me by surprise as so often the customer has to keep reaching out to a vendor to find out what is going on or what the answer may be. I too work in customer service and I wanted you to know how appreciative of the way she is doing her job and also representing Gerber. Fortunately, I haven't had to handle collision repair very often in the past. However, now that I have had this experience with Gerber Collision, I will never go anywhere else. "I am sending this note about a positive feedback and great experience I have had today at your " Gerber " shop, in Huntersville, NC. I was very pleasantly surprised with professionalism of the ladies working at the front desk to the manager Joe who took care my problem. I expected I would be for a long time in a shop, but all was very quickly. Joe did give me a couple of option how to fix my problem with a car. He was very realistic with problem my car had. He fixed it very quickly and that was the shortest visit in car shop I had ever had in my life. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and clients for the future needs."

I was involved in a fender bender south of Charlotte. Police fixed bumper so I was able to drive to sons house. My insurance company suggested Gerber, I was a bit hesitant at first since I own a Prius and was cornered about their knowledge of hybrids. After much discussion I took my car there Monday 5/20/2013...my fears immediately went away when I saw many hybrid in this large and very well maintained business. Auto was finished Thursday, and looked great. Everyone at this business was friendly and helpful. I would be happy to answer any questions regarding this business and would definitely use them again.....if I had too....which I hope doesn't happen.
