Due to an unfortunate incident in our driveway, my wife and I had two vehicles that required significant repair. We stopped at Gerber in Holly Springs, NC and spoke with Pam, explained that the only two vehicles that we had were both damaged and that we needed at least my wife's vehicle repaired as soon as possible. From that moment on Pam was terrific in getting us in as quickly as possible. Additionally, Rodney was assigned to us to provide us estimates and explained in great detail the entire process, and the cost. Rodney and Pam, communicated with us at every development, and provided updated information on when the vehicles would be repaired. Pam also, provided us information about their free rental car coupon, which was helpful during the overlapping time that both of our vehicles were in the shop. Rodney appears to take great care ... and attention to customers problems, and works to minimize those costs by looking for used parts in lieu of new parts. Gerber was reccomended to me after my car accident by a coworker. I was more than pleased with everything about them! The staff (especially Pam and Kelly) were more than accommodating and genuinely happy to make my experience with them a good one. The repair on my car (back bumper) was also wonderful and looked like it did when I got it from the dealer. I know who I will take my car to for now on if I ever need collision repair again and I will most definitely pass a positive word along about what great work and customer service they provide!

Overall very good experience with Gerber in Holly Springs NC. Made an appointment and Gerald provided an estimate and explained the process of the repair. Called me twice during the week to let me know where they were in the process. I got my car back a day earlier than initially expected, The repair was excellent as well as the customer service. I would recommend the Holly Springs location to anyone needing collision repair.

Kelley kept me informed of what they were doing, the cost of the repair and when the car would be ready for me to pick up.
