I had an amazing experience getting my car's bodywork done here! The customer service was excellent - Ryan kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process stress-free. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I'm really grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. If I ever need anything done to my cars in the future, even outside of insurance, I would gladly come back!

From the first phone call they were sincere and very helpful ! Upon arrival I met Fernando who was absolutely great ! They were quick to get my car looked at and in the same day ! Only took a few days and my car was ready ! My car looks great as if it was brand new and as if it wasn't involved in an accident! They even cleaned my car ! I have been recommending them already ! The entire process was smooth and quick. Would definitely come back here if ever the need arises. The work was superb and was completed quicker than expected. Very thankful to Fernando, the reception and the rest of the team. Always was greeted and checked on when I arrived as well as water and coffee was a nice treat. Again very thankful and no further recommendations on improvement just to continue being great.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! From the assessment to getting picked up from the rental company customer service was beyond expectations and made my anxious self feel more at ease with all the help I was getting. I was even happily surprised to get my car back washed!! Great experience from this collision center and I only wish my time with them was longer :) the entire trip took 2 days so it was faster than anticipated but I was in communication with them about my car continously throughout the repair which made waiting feel less stressful!

I took my car to get body work done and everyone was excellent with there assistance , they took care of the rent a car call for me they called every few days to keep me posted as too what was going on with my car, Viviann at the front desk was very welcoming upon arrival and Daniel my estimator was great as well with helping me with my car , I will definitely be taking my cars in there if I need to again without question

Being in a car accident/fender bender is NEVER fun especially when it isn't your fault and you are fighting with insurances, however Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland, CA made sure my experience with them was nothing short but AMAZING. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and communicated with me very well. Although I never want to be in this situation again, but if I had to be, I would definitely make sure they take care of my car again. I felt safe and honesty with them. Oh and Vivian, she is definitely the right person to greet all the customers. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland,, CA.
