I had not met any of the support staff in Hickory so I made a stop there today to introduce myself. I have to give Kudos to the Customer Service Representative at that location. She should be the poster child for that position. I was 2 steps in the doorway and she was 25 feet from me at her desk working. Before I made my third step she greeted me, shook my hand, introduced herself, and asked how she could assist me today. I felt like she truly wanted my business whoever I was. There is no surprise why they remain one of the top performers in the market month after month. Now; can you lend her to me for about a month while I teach a few hundred more folks that level of engagement? A very good experience and I certainly appreciate all you do

This is Lisa Stanley. Just wanted to say Thank You!. I picked up my Explorer Friday morning and she looks great. I must admit that I was a little nervous driving her the first time but I guess that's to be expected. The staff at Gerber did a good job and the lady that helped me when I got there was very nice and explained everything to me. She even took care of getting the rental back to Enterprise for me. Again, Thank You! for all of your help.

In a few words, I was happy my GEICO agent, Cody Clark, recommended Gerber for my repairs. Suni Bumgarner kept me informed for all 4 weeks during my repair, and truly cared about me as if I was her only customer. Her name exactly personifies her personality, and I enjoyed meeting her when I finally picked up my car. My car has performed fantastically and never looked as though it was damaged. Suni's description of everything that was happening to my car was very detailed..I was super impressed.

Very smooth experience, dropped my car on Monday, got into a rental, was updated during the repair by Suni, picked up my car today where I dealt with Jerry, the manager, who went over the repairs that had been done. They even fixed a dent in the door for me and cleaned my car! Thank you Gerber

I have never been in a wreck before that needed me to have my vehicle put into a repair shop. From the time I walked in their doors I felt like I was in good hands. Suni Bumgarner explained & guided me through every step, & kept me updated on each process. When I went to pick up my Truck my back passenger window was fixed which had nothing to with the wreck, i was totally Shocked & Very Thankful. Everyone I talked there was very Polite & Helpful & I would Recommend Them to Anyone.

I was hesitant at first since it had changed from True To Form. I had work done there before and ws completely satisfied. However, Rashey Hill and the gang there did excelent work and were very customer oriented. It's difficult enough going through an ordeal such and an accident. They were as true to the customer as my insurance company, GEICO, has been for the past 30 years. I wish Gerber the same success and expect it if this type of service continues. Dear Gerber Collision Corporation, I feel compelled to share with you what an incredible job your Hickory, N.C. location performed on my Dodge Caliber recently. I say performed because it was like a beautifully orchestrated seamless event in my otherwise hectic life (like a wonderfully performed flawless symphony). The first action on my part after the accident was to contact Gerber Collision for an estimate. They agreed to see my car the very next day. I was very pleased by the warm greeting Rashey offered me as soon as I walked through the doors. She seated me in the very clean waiting area and paged an estimator to come meet with me. The estimator, Lane, was very professional and knowledgeable of the damages and process I would be going through. The estimate process was very quick and clear. I contacted GMAC the next day and scheduled ... them to review my estimate. Mark Jewell with GMAC told me that I had chosen one of their direct repair shops and I would have no worries with the repair process….he was absolutely correct. When I called in to make my repair appointment, I was once again greeted by a very professional representative, Suni. She explained to me very clearly that I should bring my car in with the estimate GMAC had approved and they would start repairs right away. I was so impressed how quickly this was all coming together. On the morning I dropped my car off, I was greeted once again by a very professional and knowledgeable staff member, Tony. He gathered all my information, checked my car in, called for my rental, and had me back out the door in about 15 minutes….WOW. During the repair process, Suni informed me of the status like clockwork 2 times per week on the exact days and times I explained to her would be convenient for me. The information was well explained on my level (not too technical for me to understand). A few days before my scheduled time to pick up the car, Suni informed me the technicians were finishing up ahead of schedule….what pleasant news. The next day she let me know my repairs were completed. I arrived to pick up my car and once again I was greeted at the door by a different representative, the location manager Jerry Belk. He walked me out to my car, showed me the repairs, and once again explained to me in terms I could understand what was done to my car. I must say, this was the most impressive service work I have ever seen performed. It was like the entire organization worked flawlessly together. From the moment I walked up to the car, I could see how well the paint matched. There was absolutely no visible evidence the car had ever been wrecked. All the parts fit perfectly together. I just want to let you know, I have never been so impressed with how a group of people work together as a team. The entire group really knows their business.
