I received the MOST amazing service at this location!! I would like to commend estimator Kathy and detailer Eric for their fantastic job!! Kathy was an absolute pleasure to work with!! She is a fantastic communicator and wonderful problem solver. She worked with my schedule and answered any questions I had! On top of being incredibly professional and helpful- she was incredibly personable too!! It was truly a pleasure to work with Kathy! Eric was the one to detail my car with the service. He did a fantastic job and took care of every aspect of the car that needed attention. He even went above and beyond and paid attention to things I didn't even expect! As the vehicle owner- I was very satisfied with the work he did!! I was also very thrilled with the body work and repairs that were done! Everything is better than new and I was very ... impressed! Gerber Collision & Glass is amazing! My car service place had referred Gerber to me after my car was recovered from auto theft for the damages done to it. Staff is very communicative especially on the progress of how the repairs were coming along on my car. Above and beyond amazing service!
