Got a bumper replacement on our brand new car that was hit in a parking lot..bumper replacement went great..they replaced a small protective appliqué along with the bumper but it had air bubbles in it..they got a replacement appliqué and had it reapplied with no hassles..overall good experience

Susan is the finest customer service representative that I have encountered in years! She was respectful, kind, emapthic, and knowledgeable all at the same time. This car issue happened when I had zero time and energy. She met me where I was and took care of everything! TJ did amazing work on my car that is almost vintage! Parts had to be found states away. He kept me informed almost daily, as things took a bit longer due to the scarcity of car parts. The finished product was better than expected. Susan and TJ made an inconvenient situation very comfortable. Thanks to you both!

I received regular emails, telling me the progress of the repair. Gerber kept in touch with Enterprise, to keep the car return date in sync with the repair completion date. My 40th Anniversary Pontiac Grand Prix looks like a million bucks again, thanks to the Gerber team in Gresham.
