I stopped at Gerber Collision on 3800 Broadmoor Ave SE Kentwood, MI 49512. I just bought a new car and the 1rst time I drove it in my garage, I scraped the paint on the rearview mirror. Jason H. immediately met me. Not sure what he did, but within 5 minutes the scratch was gone. Best of all, he didn't make me feel stupid. My family always goes to Gerber and the service is always great! They do really good work!!

I work in insurance and I know Gerber does good work. I took my wife's vehicle there because I had an unfortunate run in with an ice chunk this winter. Didn't make an insurance claim so I dealt with Gerber directly. They were very fast, polite and did an excellent job with the car. Kris in the office is great and Sebastian who helped with the estimate was just as helpful. They even finished the work a day faster then what was estimated. Thank you for everything!

My vehicle was hit while parked and I decided to try out Gerber. They immediately were able to accomodate my needs starting with Ralye being responsive at the front dest, Sebastian coming right out to my vehicle to take photos, and for fixing my vehicle the week I was on vacation. I came home and picked it up the day after. I even dropped it off dirty and they returned it to me spotless. I would use them again!

Let me just start by saying, this is the first time we have used Gerber Collision. We were extremely happy with the repair on our car. From the start with James giving us the estimate, to the end when we picked up your car, the folks at this Gerber Collision were wonderful. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the interior of our car. Many THANKS to all. Hopefully we won't need any repairs again, but if we do we now have a new place to go.
