I had such a positive experience dealing with Gerber Collision in Buford, Georgia. I was in a pinch and needed our Audi repaired due to a minor accident. I was not sure what to expect and was a bit worried taking the car there as it was a lease and wanted to make sure the work would be done properly. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was getting honest and fair pricing for what I needed. I had a tight timeline and the team at Gerber delivered as expected. Would recommend to anyone. Great people to work with!

I was quite impressed with their work. When I arrived at the body shop, I met a gentleman named Joel. Although I hadn't heard of the company before, my insurance recommended them. Joel was not only extremely knowledgeable in his field, but also friendly and professional. What really impressed me was that they returned my car in just 10 days, even though the initial estimate was over two weeks. Now, my car looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on Charles Hardy Parkway in Dallas to my friends.

From start to finish was amazing. The customer service at this location is beyond exceptional. I was treated like family. Information was given up front. Making an appointment was easy. Dropping my vehicle off was easy. Shout out to every employee who work there. They smile and greeted just passing through the lobby. Hopefully i don't need them again but if i do they should be everyone top pick. They deserve more than 5 stars.

If there were more than 5 stars I would select it. You could not possibly have a better experience than I did. The work done is perfect. I actually got the car back 3 days earlier than they had promised. All of the employees that I met were very efficient and capable but above all they were extremely friendly. I could not recommend a company any higher than this Gerber Center located in Buford, Ga.!
