At first we had a bit of a misunderstanding, but Charles promptly followed up with an email and true to his word my repair was completed 3 days earlier than I had expected. Charle's follow up was outstanding. I hope I never need a body shop again. But if I do I'll go back to Gerber Collision and Glass in Kennesaw

Came in with major damage to my rear bumper and tailgate after getting rear ended. The Tech working on my car called me every other day with the status on how everything was going. In about a week and a half, I got my car back in better condition that when I bought it. Thanks Gerber ??

Not only would I not go anywhere else for repairs, I pull over when I see an accident and tell people that this is literally the only body shop they should go to. These guys are the silver lining of the accident experience. From the time you walk in the door til the time you pick up your perfectly repaired car, these guys are so far above any place I've been in my life. And I'm not young. I can't speak to all Gerber shops, but Willow St Atlanta has all of my business.

No one every wants to get in a wreck, I tell you though.. the professionals at Gerber were by far the nicest, most comforting, reassuring individuals. Every person I encountered there went above and beyond ! My car was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule and due to my crazy work schedule and it being Halloween- THEY BROUGHT MY CAR TO ME!!! I had such a positive experience dealing with Gerber Collision in Buford, Georgia. I was in a pinch and needed our Audi repaired due to a minor accident. I was not sure what to expect and was a bit worried taking the car there as it was a lease and wanted to make sure the work would be done properly.
