Fast and accurate estimate, easy drop off and pickup by rental car company. Gerber stays in touch, work has been completed early on all three vehicles they worked on. Work is professional, can't see the repair work. Have not gone back with problems on any repairs for any of the three vehicles worked on in the last two years.

Matt, Amy, and the rest of the service team at Gerber Collision & Glass did a fantastic job handling my vehicle. From the first point of contact to picking up my car once repairs were completed, they were polite, friendly, and very helpful. They estimated the repairs to take three days and were done in less than one. They left my car looking nicer than ever and I truly appreciate all of their help. This is a great team and a great repair shop and I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

As a maintenance professional, who has commanded two aircraft maintenance squadrons in the US Air Force, I am extremely impressed by the team at your Gambrills, Maryland facility. They restored my vehicle both mechanically and cosmetically to a "like new" state. I felt like I was receiving my vehicle back from a vehicle spa. If I need any restoration work done in the future it will be done by the "Gambrills Team". I was kept in the loop every step of the way through vehicle pickup. We just picked up our Jeep. Thanks for your outstanding customer service. From the beginning we were greeted and taken immediately as we walked through the door. They gave us a time period for the repair and met that demand too! On top of everything else, they sent us texts and calls to make sure we were updated on the work being done.
