My truck had extensive damage. The original time expected for repairs was 28 days. Gerber returned my truck in like new condition within 10 working days. Excellent customer service, second to none. From the person at the front desk, to Dwayne R., Estimator and Shabeer A., manager, I couldn't have asked for any better service for my car. I was kept informed from the time I dropped off my vehicle to pickup. The body work/repairs (I hit a deer) were perfect and the SUV spotless when I picked up. Do not hesitate to use Gerber on 6th. I hope I don't need them in the future but if the need arises they will be my go to shop.

Staff was very easy to work with. I had a family member in Hospice in Pa and had to make an unplanned trip. Gerber allowed me to bring my car in for repair while I was out of state. I did not have to make arrangements for a rental and the repair was completed before I returned to Gainesville.
