I was recently in a car crash and was redirected to the Gerber Collison & Glass by Geico. I went to their 101 NE 33rd Ave, Gainesville FL location. I was more than pleased with their work-my car was left brand new. I turned my car in on a Thursday and that following Monday I received a call that it was ready for pickup, the car was turned in earlier than promised! I am far more than satisfied. My Nissan was left cleaner than how I turned it in. Not only that, but the staff was nothing but professional; they kept me informed during the entire process. Everyone was extremely nice and treated me with respect. They even offered a ride back home since I was going to be left without a car. I was refunded the money for all my Uber rides while I did not have my car, which was very considerate of the company. The location was clean, organized, ... and well-kept. All my papers were returned to me in an individual folder that had all paperwork. They weren't scattered around. I was also provided all the contact information for everyone working on my car. Thanks for everything! This shop did an amazing job on getting my car in and out for me! Everyone was pleasant and kind and I received my car back fully detailed which was amazing! I recently had my car repaired but for some reason I wasn't able to receive the survey through texting on my phone. Just wanted to say that they did a fantastic job. Was Professional Made me sure I understood exactly what was going on with my car How long it would take and when will my car was done make sure that it was Exactly what I expected to be done and of course it was They went out of their way for me and that's why I've had my car fixed there twice

I stopped by late this morning and spoke with Jason about installing a wheel flare and chrome strip on my truck. Jason took the items for cleaning and asked that I return at 2 pm for an estimated 20 minute installation. I returned around 2 pm, the work was promptly completed, and it looked great. I am very pleased with Gerber 's service and would definitely return for auto body and glass repairs.

We are so pleased at the expert work we received at Gerber. They finished early and the price was very affordable. I am a disabled veteran and usually use an electric wheelchair. They knew I had an IV scheduled at the VA hospital on Friday so they worked hard to finish sooner so I would have it so I would be able to have my lift and take my electric wheelchair. I will recommend Gerber to my friends and associates.
