My BMW took a rock to the hood so off to see Karl at Gerber and have the hood repaired and painted. Karl had concerns about getting the grills off to paint the hood properly as one of the grills had epoxy holding it in place. I said paint around it but that wasn't good enough for Karl and Gerber. Needless to say a flawless job was done on the hood. How they got the grill out I don't but even better is they got it back in looking like a factory fit. Lindsey, the manager, checked me in and out upon completion. I don't think it took more than 5 minutes to complete both processes. My car was don't on time, exactly as promised and detailed to perfection. I was kept informed of the progress thru the entire process and Tiffany even left a thank you note and a watermelon lollipop on the console fro the ride home. I questioned Kurt about having the headlights on my BMW restored. They weren't that bad, just not up to my standards. I stated to Kurt that I didn't expect them to look like new as they have quiet a few miles on them. Kurt was concerned that they wouldn't be perfect, up to his standards. When finished, they exceeded my expectations and meet Kurt's. My expectations continue to be exceeded every time I visit Gerber Collision. Thanks!

I can't say enough nice things about the service I received. I have told everyone about Gerber's. My car had been hit at a stop sign twice within 17 days. I was so upset. Everyone was so kind & respectful of my frustrations. They treated me with kindness & as if I were family. It was so sweet to see a lollipop & a thank you note in my car. For what it's worth, I loved seeing the dogs at the shop. It gave the place a homespun feeling in a time period when people were upset. It made me & others smile & relax during a negative situation. I was disappointed when they were no longer at the shop. I shared with many the fact that dogs were at the shop. It was so nice!I had to renege on that fact. Wow! Had my 2010 Mustang GT towed in after being hit by a deer. I expected it to look like it did before, but instead it looks brand new!!? And the interior was detailed as well. Great Job!!!
