Eveyone at this location was very welcoming and informative about the services to my car. They booked my rental and it was there on time, with bare minimal wait time. My car was fixed in less than 2 days and they did an amazing job. The assistants in the front were very nice and welcoming. From the estimate with the insurance company until today 1-9-13 the process went very smoothly and I appreciated the minimal wait time because I'm a very busy person. I mainly dealt with Kate and she kept me informed of what was happening and worked with all employees involved to get my car back to me on the day promised. Service overall was excellent!!
