I am a sales manager. I also am a voracious reader of sales & business periodicals, always on the look-out for innovative practices that can be adopted to make our company better and more customer-centric. In all my years as a sales professional & manager I have never witnessed such an exemplary and comprehensive display of customer service as I did with Gerber Collision. I wish I could have made a video journal of my experience to show every new employee what to aspire to. My only regret is that you don't provide services I could use daily. I was utterly wowed! KUDOS!

The work took an extra week due to trouble finding 2 doors for my 10 year old Subaru but I was very satisfied with the work. I did not mind that I had to wait an extra week because I would rather have it this way and a nice job. Thanks to Dave and the office staff. They were very kind and helpful. I would use them again but hope I don't have to.

I was very pleased with the repairs made to my 2011 Ford Focus. I had front end damage and needed a new hood. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and the paint match and blending was perfect. I thank the team that worked on my vehicle and applaud them for their craftsmanship. David Leverington was the Estimator who worked with me on my car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He discussed with me what he thought I needed to have done and told me why. When the work was finished, he showed me what had been done giving me clear, understandable explanations. From the initial call to set up the work to the office staff at the location, everyone was very courteous and helpful as well. I am pleased with the final results and am very pleased to have used Gerber. Thank you.

My car was involved in a flash flood and there was water damage. Gerber helped me through the repair process with this water damage. They communicated on regular basis with us to make sure we understood the process for repairing water damage. They communicated thru email with photos of the car during the repair cycle. I was very impressed with the friendly service from all their employees, including the person answering the phones to the employee repairing the car. I would recommend Gerber to all my friends for service.
