My repair was paid by the other driver's insurance company. Gerber did a thorough estimate, handled all the paperwork, and suggested a date for repair on the same day, using email when appropriate. The repair was like new--better than before the accident. They even cleaned the inside of the car!

I made an appointment at the wrong location, but Mike S. in Fogelsville still did the estimate for me. It was after his work hours but he stayed. This was a third party pay. The gentleman who didn't brake in time and ran into my car dropped off the payment at Gerber. The office handled the transaction efficiently. When my car, Jettina, was finished, the repairs were great. Also she was cleaned inside and out. She looked brand new. Since I name all my cars, the girls in the office and Mike Sedor updated me by her name. Mike also indicated she made a friend, same make and model, but in blue. :-). The staff at Gerber are efficient, excellent work and a pleasure to do business with. 5 stars to the staff at Gerber on Rt100 in Fogelsville.

I absolutely love Gerber Collision. All the employees are super friendly and sweet. Taking the time out to give updates on the process of my vehicle is something you do not get every day. Any type of work that I would ever need to be done in the future to my vehicle I will be taking it to Gerber Collision. I have not seen my vehicle as of yet, but I am sure it will look amazing. Great job from start to finish! Gabe was great! The ladies in the office were extremly friendly and helpfull. Whoever detailed my truck deserves a big raise! The inside was a mess from the winter. Thank you very much, I feel bad for leaving it such a mess. I can't thank your whole team enough! I will definatly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs bodywork done! I'm so glad I didn't go back to " the other body shop" Thank all of your team once again for me.
