I had body work done on my driver side door. They matched the color perfectly, and the dents are gone. And let me tell you, the inside of my car is immaculate from their detailing. If there is even a SPEC of dust inside I can't find one. Gerber did an amazing job. Definitely will go to them again if needed.

I have been using Gerber for over 10 years. My experience has always been great. My car is returned back to me in excellent condition. The repairs look great and the inside and out are detailed. The staff is so friendly and you will always be informed on the progress of your vehicle. The location is great right off of route 100 and I was able to drop the rental off on location. I will recommened Gerber to everyone.

My final bill was LESS than my estimate! When, if ever, have you had that happen? I had a rocker panel repaired on my BMW which entails having the doors open to access the area to be worked on yet I receivedd my car back with the interior as clean as when I dropped the car off. And I am meticioulous with my cars. I have been going to Gerber for years and would not think of going anywhere else. They are BMW experts, as well as any other cars they work on. Tiffany and Renee are the best at the front desk. Always smiling , friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They had my rental car ready to go when I arrived. Non of the strees usually associated with auto repair. Rob recognized me from his prior place of employment and greeted me. That's customer service! My car was finished when promised, washed (even buffed a scratch out of the hood) and ... waiting for me. Combined time for check in and check out less than five minutes. I dropped my car off for a bumper repair, and the communication and service was amazing all around. The work came out better than I could've hoped for, and the complimentary services were an appreciated touch I was happily surprised with. The front end people were nice and took care of my services quickly so I didn't have to wonder about anything. The techs and mechanics made sure my car was well taken care of, again, going beyond what I expected or could've hoped for. They should be proud of the people that work there, as I would recommend their services to everyone.

If I could give more stars I definitely would. Arthur and Tiffany are two of the best people I've ever encountered when dealing with getting my car repaired. I'm a stickler when it comes to my vehicle, and I am hard to trust anyone to fix her to the perfection I want it done. I forever found my repair spot! My car looks brand new! Like nothing ever happened! I loved most of all I didn't have to constantly call to get updates they texted me and left me voicemails every update! They absolutely went above and beyond for me and I'm incredibly thankful!! Thank you for restoring my beauty back to her glorious state!!! Truly the best
