My husband was rear-ended in rush hour. We were working with the other parties insurance company and fortunately neither of us have never had to file an auto claim before. Gerber worked with the other parties insurance company and the rental car company and made the process seamless. They kept us up to date of any delays and returned our car to us not only repaired but cleaned and vacuumed too! I don't know how the process could have gone smoother. You took a typically stressful process and turned it into a positive one. Thank you!

This was the very best experience possible!!! I NEVER had a collision and I was very concerned about the whole process. It could not have gone any better! I was constantly kept apprised of the status of my repairs. Everything was explained to me and everything happened exactly according to plans. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and informative! It's hard to say that having major car body repairs done was a good experience, but it really was! Thank you!

Nice people. Repairs took longer to complete than expected. Delay possibly attributable to unavoidable difficulties in parts acquisition, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.. Over all, I am very satisfied with the final result.
