My experience was great, although I was in an accident where I was rear-ended. Kelly F made my experience in getting my vehicle back to it's original state exceeded my expectations. She was continuingly giving me updates, which was great. Honestly I was truly impressed by her professionalism. I also was very pleased with the other staff and manager. This experience makes me confident to recommend Gerber to friends and family.

The team here is great! Kelly handled my claim. She was absolutely amazing. Her attitude, professionalism and follow through was greatly appreciated. Also Kelly from the front desk was awesome. She is great on the phone with customers. She has tremendous patience and knowledge. I really appreciated both of them. I also appreciate how both of them helped me get my rental car back to Hertz. For having to get your car fixed, which is not a fun time, they made the process as smooth and pleasant as it could be.

I was sideswiped in a hit and run, was able to get the plate number for information for insurance of the other driver luckily, had a horrible time dealing with their insurance (Hartford) but Gerber did their due diligence in helping keep the process moving and as soon as I got it in they made it streamlined and painless. Super easy to get into/out of my rental as they work with Enterprise directly. Matthew M. the estimator on my job was very communicative throughout the process and made sure I was back in my car as soon as possible. The work they did also looks great.

They are a great Team, from the Front Office Administrator (Neyla) and the Staff Estimator (Richard), to the collision craftspersons making the repairs. It is a high quality shop. They also explained the process and actually delivered my car early keeping me updated as they moved through their process. It was beyond my expectations. Nice work Team. Kelly, Danny, and the whole staff were fabulous. I had a small issue with my car, after the repairs. They fixed the issue promptly, no questions, no problems, and perfectly. I am extremely happy, and almost feel like I have a new car lol. I would highly recommend Gerbers.
