Rich and the team were very responsive to my situation. From the time I entered the office, I was greeted by a highly professional staff. After the initial inspection by Rich, I was told that it could take up to one and one-half weeks to complete the repair job. Imagine how excited I was to be given a call that my car was ready for pick up after four days in Gerber's shop. I asked a friend of mine to tell me what he thought of the repair work. He said if he hadn't seen the damage himself, he would have thought there was never anything wrong with my car needing rear quarter-pound and tail light work. I will tell my friends that if they have body work that needs to be done, they can trust Gerber to do the job right the very first time. Rich, thank you and the team for an excellent job.

A hidden GEM in St. Cloud, FL !! Professional, friendly and FAIR! My side mirror was rusting thru the paint and after having it previously touched up, it rusted through again! I stopped in at Gerber and talked with Eduardo S. He took care of me right away at half what I was quoted by another collision center and my mirror looked like NEW two days later! Great job Gerber & Eduardo!! You have all my future body shop business and recommendations to others as well!! Thank you!!
