I visited Gerber Collision & Glass in Lincoln, CA last Monday to get an estimate for my 2023 Toyota 4Runner, which had a dent and chipped paint on the right quarter post. Abbie promptly took photos of my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate and information within 15 minutes. I returned the next day to move forward with the repair. Throughout the process, Abbie kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with both the quality of the service and the repair work itself. I had the opportunity to watch Eric, the technician, skillfully repair the dent. He even checked in with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the results-he was very helpful and professional. Abbie, Brittney, and Eric all provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend Gerber ... This is the new location in Crossroads Shopping Center. So someone felt the need to smash my passenger mirror on my Ram 1500. I did my due diligence and ordered the correct mirror off Amazon. But the wiring harness didn't match . I am 75, lost sleep over this. I went in to Gerber Collision, Ryan/ Joe said we got this. They had the new mirror on in 10 minutes, refused payment, I recommend this Company and if needed will go back to Ryan and Joe, thank you so much, you made my day????????????????????

I had a significant collision well outside the range my insurer would tow, so had to leave my vehicle in Ardmore, a multi-hour drive from my home, for the ~month it was under repair. The staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with my constant communication over that anxious situation going so far as to call me the morning of pickup to clarify and make sure I had everything I needed prior to traveling down there. The repairs were great, but the customer service was next level.
