Pleasant experience from Christian at check-in, with Dominik in estimating, and the repair work was nicely completed. Great coordination with Enterprise rental and Erie Insurance. I visited Gerber Collision & Glass in Lincoln, CA last Monday to get an estimate for my 2023 Toyota 4Runner, which had a dent and chipped paint on the right quarter post. Abbie promptly took photos of my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate and information within 15 minutes. I returned the next day to move forward with the repair. Throughout the process, Abbie kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with both the quality of the service and the repair work itself. I had the opportunity to watch Eric, the technician, skillfully repair the dent. He even checked in with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the results-he was very helpful and professional. Abbie, Brittney, and Eric all provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend Gerber ...
