Today I went in to see Terry whom came highly recommended to me by HD. I ride a 2016 Street Glide Special Velocity Red . While parked, my bike fell victim to the dreaded domino effect. To me I just knew I would have to have both saddle bags totally re-painted. Terry assured me it was not that serious. He buffed them out and to my amazement they looked new again. Terry also gave me great advice on how to protect the bags from road debris. Terry was very knowledgeable , professional and positive Can-Do attitude turned a stressful day into relaxed day. Thank God for people you have working for you, keep up the good work Gerber!!!

Having an accident is bad enough. Gerber Collision and Glass was extremely prompt in the repair of my vehicle. Everyone there was extremely friendly. They took care of all paperwork with insurance. Clelia P. was very helpful when I came in. Nathan B. took the time out with me and explained my repair. They were all so very thankful for my service. I'll keep my business with Gerber. I'll definitely recommend them. A plus!!!!!!!

I would like to share with you the excellent service I received at Gerber Collision Center on Raeford Road, Fayetteville, N.C. I had an appointment with Ms. Clelia. She looked at my SUV and realized and recommended that I didn't have a true collision problem after all. My first right bumper just needed to be pushed in and the paint that was left on the fender just needed wiped off. She had a gentlemen name Todd to service both areas!!!! I was/am truly impressed with the service that was provided. She could have easily wrote this up as a claim. She should be highly recommended for employee of month/year! She is truly cares about customers and their well-being.

The team here did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress of my repair. My truck was finished sooner than their estimate and it looks almost as good as new. (Which is saying a lot since it is almost 12 years old!) The staff here is polite and professional. If you need body work, check them out!

I came in today to have my car looked at. More specifically my bumper after getting into a collision. I was first greeted by the very kind and helpful front desk staff who were quick to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Clelia took a look at my car and noticed just a lot of light tire marks. She and Todd (the painter) very kindly wiped off all the light scuff marks and went above and beyond for me. Thank you! I will absolutely use them again!

I had body work done on my 2014 Chevy Silverado at the Bragg blvd. location. When I got truck back it had swirl marks which came from buffer that was not there before. Could not problem resolved. I called Nathan B. at raeford red. location. He told me to bring it in the very next day.Terry A. buffed the swirl parks out at No Charge. Truck looks great, they were very professional and awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend Nathan and Terry. Thank you both for job well done!
