I'm an insurance agent and I see a lot of claims. I tell my customers that our claims department will contact them quickly, but I can't tell them what to expect from the body shop. This has been the most smooth experience I've had with a claim- personal or otherwise. I received regular updates. My car looks great and you would never know the accident even occurred. Moreover, my car looked like the inside had never been cleaned. This car has seen so much dirt, I was embarrassed. They returned it clean, which was the best unexpected gift. Lastly, when I say returned it, they brought my vehicle to my home and picked up my rental. They really exceeded my expectations.
