The lady at the front desk is super kind and helpful (sorry I don't have her name) and Jeff was great at handling my repair on my 2023 Mercedes Benz after someone hit me on the highway! I was super sad that my brand new vehicle was now damaged at no fault of my own, but Jeff and Gerber Collision assured me that my vehicle would be back to perfect, and everything would be Benz Certified since they are the only Benz certified shop in the OKC area. They also let me know if I am having any issues or concerns with anything at any point, to let them know and they will get my vehicle looked at promptly. Thank you for taking great care of my (baby) Benz!!! ??

Lanette, the estimator, was great. She was always available for questions or an update, and managed my expectations well. Vehicle looks amazing and completed as promised - they even went out of the day to make sure my vehicle battery was good after a lengthy repair. 10/10 would recommend.

Best car repair experience in a long time. Loved the daily update text. I always knew what was happening with my car. The work looks amazing and it was done a full week early!!!! The car was spotless when I picked it up and everyone was so kind a polite. 100% recommend.
