I won't go anywhere else from now on- Excellent quality work and service. I've brought 2 cars here in the past year through insurance due to people hitting my vehicles. The first visit made me a loyal customer. This second visit for my wife's car has convinced me I won't go to any other shop moving forward. The shop was fair, professional, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Layne did a great job with estimating the required work and time to repair. CJ, the manager, kept me updated constantly with any updates and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. Just got my Toyota Tacoma back today. Had bad hail damage. I didn't think it would ever be the same. They cut the roof off and replaced. They replaced the hood. Replaced the bed cover. The windshield had to come out and so did the back glass. Painted the replaced parts and the front fenders. After all that it looks better than I could've hoped for. It looks like new. My husband and I have had an issue with a part on our van for weeks that we simply couldn't resolve on our own. On a Friday afternoon, when we knew the shop was trying to end a very long week, we took the chance to stop in to see if we could get some help. C.J. immediately assisted us and within minutes, we were on our way with our issue solved. This was extremely important to us as my husband is a catastrophically injured veteran from a military accident and my son was born with a disability and cannot walk. Both are confined to wheelchairs and our van is our only vehicle. This act of kindness took a huge amount of stress off of us. We cannot thank C.J. enough for his help and will definitely return!
