The process from start to finish was easy and flawless. It took a few days to get an appointment to have my car looked at but we'll worth the few days wait. Gerber & Johnathan A. we're absolutely amazing. I dropped it off to get the paint damage on the bumper fixed & they called me to let me know I could pick it up the same day. They were so nice when I was having issues getting the updates on it via my phone. 10/10 I will be going back anytime I need repairs

After some initial distress with receiving my vehicle, I reached out to the Gerber team the estimator over my transaction Jonathan A. assured me that all work was given a lifetime warranty and directed me to a dealership to handle the issue immediately and the invoice covered, through the whole process he was very speedy and professional even during the grueling parts I will continue to use and recommend him for years to come
