This was the best shop I have EVER put my car into! Jonathan did a WONDERFUL job of taking care of my baby. My car is my pride and joy. I got her back clean, (she was a bit dirty going in? And it was serviced wonderfully. Jonathan was respectful, kind and understanding of my concerns! He did a FANTASTIC job taking care of the repairs. I will NEVER take my car to another shop. Jonathan thank you for the wonderful service and the care you put into my car. You took a bad situation for me (my car accident) and turned it into a wonderful experience by being polite, generous and caring! I can't thank you enough for giving me one less thing to stress about!

I am very happy with the service that I received from Gerber Collision in DeLand. The general manager helped me and guided me as far as the correct part needed to replace the damaged part on my vehicle. I would definitely go to Gerber Collision again if their services were needed for my vehicle.

Hayley was diligent to getting parts for my GMC Truck and scheduling for the repairs. Communication was somewhat good at the end of the process. Shop personnel was lacking on the cleanup of the repaired area of wiping off smudges and black sealant.
