My wife and I arrived at Gerber at 2 PM and were promptly greeted by your appraiser, George. George had with him the damage appraisers from Geico and a representative from Enterprise. The 3 worked smoothly as a team and my wife and I were on the road in our rented car it less than 25 minutes. This was the 2nd time within a year that we brought our car to this Gerber location for bodywork and we could not be more pleased with how we were treated the quality of the work done.

Our Estimator was Tom, he went out of his way to even provide my wife transportation to get back home the day she dropped the truck off, he was very professional, friendly and handled our claim quickly. Everyone that my wife dealt with at Gerber was friendly and helpful. The repair looks great. Would definitely recommend to friends and coworkers if they are ever are looking for Body Shop and repair. Tom continually kept communicating with us regarding the procedure and explained the repairs.
