Tom from the first minute made sure that I would be taken care of. He walked me through the process and made sure to complete a thorough estimate. Once my truck was turned in for repairs to begin I received calls from Tom every few days to let me know where in the process they were in the repairs. I go to pick up my truck a week and a half later and I am just blown away with how good my truck looks. Tom was always in a great mood and ready to help me. Never did he make me feel that I was a bother when I had questions. All around great process in light of the pain of having to do repairs in the first place. I would and will recommend Gerber for vehicle repairs.

Tom S. was a pleasure to work with. Not only was he professional, but he was timely, funny, and thorough with his work. After getting rear-ended and the poor guy totaling his Toyota Camry in the back of my truck, Tom made the process of getting my life back to normal very easy. He was timely with his check-ins and status updates on my vehicle and my vehicle service took less than the quoted time. If you have USAA or any insurance for that matter, I highly recommend stopping in and getting Tom as your Estimator.

The team at the Gerber Collision in DeLand, FL were totally professional and caring when it cam to the needs of my car and quality. Daily notification as to my car's progress gave me so much ease during this time. Once the car was completed I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident, just beautiful. I truly wish I could give them a higher rating than just 5 stars. I was in an accident about a year ago. The other drivers insurance (USAA) told me to use Gerber collision. From my first interaction with Tom to the last I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The repair to my truck was beyond compare.
