What an excellent experience ! I was in an accident that resulted in a lot of body damage to my beloved 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The team at Gerber Collision in Deland were amazing ! Especially Tom !! Not only was the work outstanding, but the service surpassed everything I could have hoped for. Tom kept me informed and demonstrated the finest customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My vehicle looks fantastic ! I have been putting off having repairs done to my 2003 Dodge Ram. The cab roof needed to be painted. Previous painting was done to the hood of my truck by Gerber Collision over a year ago and I was very pleased. After talking with Tom S., I knew that my truck repairs would be perfect and they were! The updates regarding the repair status was excellent. Tom took care of all aspects of the repair and my truck was delivered on time!

Some one kicked my new vehicle leaving black imprints and small scratch on bumper. I was near tears, Tom was a knight in shining armor Within minutes 95% of the damage was gone. Gerber has done great work in the past after a collision of a previous vehicle. I highly recommend them.

After an unfortunate, stupid mishap, I brought my beloved 2000 Toyota Tacoma to your shop in Deland to receive an estimate on repair. Larry G. did a great job of itemizing the estimate and clearly communicating the process that would ensue. He was knowledgeable and friendly and clearly responded to my numerous questions. I was sold on Gerber by Larry's straightforward and friendly assistance. I brought the vehicle in to confirm and begin the repair on the 28th and picked it up earlier today (7/6/17). Throughout the process Larry was clear how things would progress and how they were progressing as the repair work continued inclusive of my visit on the 21st to approve the work and pay for the needed parts. The quality of your workmanship is outstanding. I am totally pleased and, quite frankly amazed. You have a customer for life (though I ... hope I don't need to use that option too often.....). I will definitely recommend Gerber in Deland to anyone needing car repair or paint work. Lastly, I want to reiterate the positive interaction Larry G. provided during a difficult time. He is a quality representation of your organization and someone I would gladly work with in the future. He is a credit to your firm. Thanks for a very positive experience.
