I would like to personally thank Mr.Tom for the speedy recovery time it took to fix my vehicle. The quality of work that was done was very well done. Paint matched the rest of the body witch made me very happy to see. Thank you again for your services. I did how ever notice that I still have a very slight scratch on the rear quarter on the driver side. The scratch is almost not noticeable but after close examination you can still make it out. But I do understand how hard it would have been to touch that up for as little as it is and still be able to keep the body to match. Thank you: Patty S.

Outstanding personal service to patrons and quality of workmanship on repair of my vehicle. While my damage was not extensive, we were treated as if we were the most important customer they ever had. When we drove into the parking area, Tom S. met us and with confidence that we will have our car taken care of by the date we needed the car ready to drive home. Within that time frame, our car was ready and looked great. We were very satisfied and assured him if we needed body worked done again, we would absolutely return to Gerber's. Via text they kept us up to date on all changes and had our car repaired before the anticipated date of completion. They handled all insurance questions and issues. Our car looks beautiful!!! I'm going to have to say for this been the 2nd time I use this company the professionalism of your staff is superb starting from the secretary Madeline were she was very attentive with my situation and continue with Tom Stoke that reassure me that the work will be handle on a very professional matter and the finish my car on the estimated time , without counting the daily txt message communication made waiting for my car to be fix much easier. I want to praise Gerber Collision and its employees. I took my car in for bodywork repair from an accident. It was nice to hear a friendy voice (Madison) answering the the phone and to help me with planning for the repairs. When I arrived days later to drop off my car I was VERY impressed with my assigned Estimator Tom. He was very patient while I asked a million questions. He had a great deal of knowledge and explained the process in an easy way for me to understand. Upon arrival to pick up my car he explained what Gerber did to repair my Rogue. He made sure that I was happy with the work and took care of the car rental return. Again, VERY impressed with Tom. The bodywork looks amazing! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends! Thanks for your time.

Tom S. is a rarity in an area of business rampant with unethical people. Tom is honest, respectful, and courteous. As a woman, I dread having to do anything associated with automotive service. When I walked into Gerber Deland, I walked into a business, not a shop. I was given a fair price and my car was ready a day ahead of time. A few days after I picked my car up, I had questions about an unrelated area with my car. Tom graciously took time out of his schedule to assist me. You can be sure that I will be recommending Gerber Deland to anyone in need. I also will be sure to mention the business' name as people compliment the wonderful repair work performed.
