Had my "new" Nissan Frontier repaired at Gerber Collision in Deland, Florida. Just wanted to say I'm very pleased with the repairs that were done. Tom S was great. There were a few issues getting the correct part from Nissan to Gerber. Tom called me and explained what was going on trying to acquire the correct part to make the repair to my truck. I never thought I was left in the dark. They even washed my truck, right down to the wheels. I will recommend Gerber Collision to any that needs repairs to their vehicle.

Tom S was efficient, competant, informative and great to work with. He made sure I understood the process, and delivered what he promised, earlier than expected. 1 day for a repair is unbelievable!! Madeline did a great job in making sure I had everything I needed, and explained all the paperwork. The actual repair was done expertly, and my husband and I are very happy with the results. The entire experience was a pleasant one. Thank you all for a job well done!! I will recommend this service to everyone I know.

Have used this location twice and they never disappoint. Tommy S. is the USAA rep and really has a compassion for his work, our veterans, follow up and seeing that everything is done to the upmost expectations. The other employees always are very friendly and helpful and thank me for my service. That means allot even if most veterans don't show it publicly. This shop Tommy and his staff are GREAT I wouldn't trust anyone else with my truck. Thank you to all the staff for exception attention to detail, communication and a pleasurable experience.

This is the second time we have used Gerber Collision for auto body repair. Tom S. has went above and beyond to help us with everything. He took the initiative to fix anything that could become a problem for us in the future and said if we have any problems to bring it back to him and he would take care of us. We are pleased to use Gerber Collision again and will recommend it to anybody who needs their vehicle repaired.

The repair looks very good. This job was done in 4 days when to estimate was 6 days. Everyone that I meet was very helpful and upbeat . I only wish more businesses had the attitude exhibited when dealing with customer. If I every have another need for auto body repair I will surely return.

This is the 3rd time that my family has used Gerber and I am always pleasantly surprised how easy they make the process.On this past trip, I dealt with Kelly for the first time and she is exceptional.The two different receptionist that I dealt with on 6/15/18 and 6/27/18.Were friendly and knowledgeable.Hope I never have to use your services again,but if I do,I know the process and customer service will be exceptional.
