I read the reviews on line prior to taking my car to Gerber Collosion and Glass in Conyers . Brittany kept me informed regarding my car more than twice per week . She has great customer service and knows how to make her customers feel comfortable while your car is being repaired. Brittany has great customer service and knows to make her customers satisfied . My car took a while to be fixed due to parts delay which was not a fault of hers . She consistently kept me up to date and I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to my family and friends . You rock Brittany .

They did such an amazing job! My car is 3 years old, and I got it back as a completely brand new car! They didn't just fix the wrecked part, they completely detailed the inside of my car- including a ton of mess from messy kids and spills and stains! Gerber Collision & Glass provided me with top tier service. My particular situation was that I had collision damage and a part that was unavailable and needed for prior reassembling vehicle. My super agent Brittany was in constantly updating me and my insurance company. Utilizing all of her resources to locate part. She definitely impressed me and definitely represents the company well. I had just purchased my first car and only a month later I was involved in a hit-and-run accident at my workplace. I was able to use my car insurance and get great service done at Gerbers Collision. Brittany was my primary point of contact. She was very adamant about getting my car back to me in tip top shape. She was always available or had someone e standby ready to assist me or provide me with updates. Overall, I had a great with this location. When I picked up my car, I was so amazed and thrilled at the job the team did. 20/10 would recommend anyone to visit them.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled very professionally and friendly. They were well backed up but I was not inconvenienced in the slightest.
