I recently had my car fixed at this Gerber Collision location, and I'm beyond thrilled with the experience. The staff were not only friendly and knowledgeable but also organized and had all the paperwork ready to go making the stressful process of working with insurance companies and getting body repairs done, that much easier. They did an outstanding job on my car, even detailing it before giving it back to me which to me is a testament to how much the folks at Gerber Collision on Alpine Avenue care about the little things and their customers' experience. Called on a Thursday inquiring about mixing some touch paint for my motorcycle as it was going to be in a show that Saturday. Not only did they come through for me, but they didn't charge me for the touch up paint. I have had several vehicles worked on here (3 daughters...lol), and they have ALWAYS done an amazing job. Would never go anyplace else!!

I stopped in for an estimate on my 2017 Silverado and all the other shops where 3 or more weeks out for any repairs. I had a minor repair and Jason H. was the guy that said he could get me right in and fixed up. He delivered as promised and my truck looks awesome. I would have to say my experience with Gerber Collision was exceptional. Both the adjuster Sara K. and the estimator Jason H. were very good at their jobs, both at explaining what had to be done, and following up with me with up dates when thy said thy would. The work done on my car was great, so I say the workers do great work too.

My back bumper looks like brand new and they even replaced a burned out headlight bulb for me at no additional cost saving me an hour sitting at the dealership. A+! Commuting daily in deer country, I've had my fair share of car-deer collisions. Consequently, I've had multiple experiences with auto body shops, and am very meticulous. After dealing with shops that were "convenient" in location, I often found flaws which would result in delays. After a deer ran into my new car, someone recommended Gerber Collision on Alpine, to which I entrusted my car despite the distance. The auto technicians were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The staff worked collaboratively and efficiently, having my car done earlier than I expected, without compromising excellence! This shop takes great pride in their work, and I highly recommend it! As for me, I'm hoping for no more deer encounters on the road!
