I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. After my car was rear-ended, resulting in a crunched bumper and an out-of-alignment exhaust pipe, I was sent to Gerber by USAA. Once I confirmed with them that I would be taking my car to Gerber Collision, I promptly received a call from Gerber to set up a time to drop off my car. They were able to fit me in the very next morning, and a representative from a rental company was there to pick me up immediately and put me in a car. They finished fixing my car in a few days, and called several times to keep me updated. The work on the car looks excellent (you can't tell it was ever hit), and they even restored my headlights and installed a license plate frame, free of charge. There was some confusion about my deductible when I arrived—USAA had told me they would waive it, but Gerber's records ... showed it as still outstanding. The receptionist helpfully called them for me and the deductible was waived after all. Gerber did great work on my car, but their excellent customer service was what really sealed the deal. I would absolutely come back here if my car needs work again, and would recommend that others do the same. read more

My experience at Gerber was the best auto experience I've ever had in my life. Every person I interacted with was polite, professional, and friendly and made sure I was completely informed about what was happening and why. They completed the car before their estimated date, and when the car was ready for pickup, one of the technicians even came out, made sure I was happy, and helped me get the car seat out of our rental and into my car. I will never hesitate to insist that people go to Gerber for their repair needs.

Hello Dwayne, My car looks fantastic, and it's driving perfectly. I'm so impressed that it was fixed so quickly. You were so easy to work with, and very through. You really communicated in a way that put me at ease, and kept me up to date. I especially appreciated you staying a little late last night to accommodate me picking up my car at 6:15. That was wonderful, and made me very happy. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I can't think of anything that would have made it better (other than not needing my car fixed in the first place;-) Thanks for everything, Gerber is lucky to have you.

Hi Dan, thanks so much for fixing up my car…it looks great! I am really impressed with the detailing job, too. Talk about going above and beyond! I had an excellent experience at Gerber about a month ago. My date of loss was 08 July 2013 and they fixed my window framing after my window was shattered and broken into. Dwayne was extremely friendly and fixed my window quickly. This is my second experience with Gerber and Dwayne and both of my experiences have been wonderful. I will definitely be coming back if any more problems occur! Thank you again Gerber!

I want to thank you again for your excellent service in getting my Forester back into shape! I so appreciate that when you learned that I really needed the car back in 9 working days, not the allotted 10, because of a trip we had had planned, you took that into account and made it happen! That extra care and thoughtfulness provides top-notch customer service. I am very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle -- it looks great!
