I was actually very impressed to encounter such attentive, professional and courteous service. In my experience, this area of FL can be very lacking in customer service. Even more so, car repair can be unpleasant. The staff were perfect- from front desk to actual tech to everyone in between- all were personable and knowledgable. Thank you to Robert E & Brian who were great to do business with. I will definitely recommend them.

My car looks beautiful. I had managed (in the process of getting into a very skinny condo garage to bang my left front and right rear fenders. My car now looks beautiful. On their last test drive before returning they had a minor (?) accident with it and at their cost repaired all damage. My car looks brand new.

Hurricane Irma did some damage to my SUV, my neighbor recommended Gerber for a repair shop. I stopped by and got an estimate within minutes. I contacted my insurance they said Gerber was one of the companies they used . I took my SUV back to Gerber and 4 days later my SUV was repaired to perfection. The staff at Gerber is very professional and friendly . I recommend Gerber in COCOA FL for your repair's.

I simply can not say enough good things about Samantha and Debbie. I literally wish every company I ever did business with would treat me the way the two of them did every step of the way. They really made me feel like I was in the best hands even when I had to leave my truck down in Florida through hurricane Irma. My truck looks great! A first class job by all involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerber to anyone.
