We selected Gerber Collision because of their convenient hours (open until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays). Nicole was friendly and provided exceptional customer service from the moment she answered the phone until the vehicle was picked up. She was very knowledgeable and arranged for a rental car, too. Derek was very friendly and helpful when reviewing the damage and offered to tow the car to the Clawson location so the work could be done sooner. Taylor at the Clawson location worked on the car and kept me informed of the status. Taylor did excellent work! Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received from Gerber Collision!

Hats off to Great Customer Service. I live near the Southfield location, but since they were unable to repair my car the company had it towed to the Clinton Township location. All repairs were not completed during the first visit but I had no problems with returning my car and repairs were done within 2 business days. The Southfield location even supplied my transportation to and from the car rental agency. I would highly recommend Gerber to my friends and family. Thank you again for the great customer service received from both the Southfield and Clinton Township locations.
