"I want to personally thank you for your oversight. And I do appreciate knowing that what conspired was not the fault of Gerber Collision. The result does humble me a bit. I want you to know that I am not of the character type to take advantage of a situation such as this. I am not looking for free repairs to my vehicle. I do appreciate the offer of reduced cost to repair my vehicle and the lengths that Gerber has undertaken on my behalf to correct a situation that was evidently not theirs to correct. You repaired the wheel well splash guard at no cost which was probably more costly than the cost of the lamps I bought. No need for reimbursement on that issue and I owe you a gracious "thank you" for that. As I stated earlier, my Fiancee' and I have stellar driving records and this is the first time we have ever had to ... experience this process so I do offer a heartfelt apology for my misguided directives...Especially for Kim, as she earnestly worked to keep us apprised of work on our vehicles at a time of record snowfall and overwhelming needs of their services. I want to say that the people at Gerber Collision in Claremore are THE BEST. The guy in the collision dept was exceptionally wonderful, even helping me figure out the rental car shifting process! My car was in/out/painted beautifully. The ladies up front were so nice, too. And everything was handled with smiles and more smiles. I would DEFINITELY go back, if someone ever hits me again!!!!

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was excellent. I brought my car in for repairs from an accident, which another parties insurance covered. I received a courtsey phone call from Gerber in reference to some previous hail damage to my car, which caused paint and body damage. I was asked if I would like for these repairs to be completed at the same time as my other repairs and was provided a quote. My car has a pearling paint, which is difficult to match, especially with touch up paint. I was extatic to hear that they were willing to complete this work as well. I was given a very reasonable quote and the work was completed. My car now looks basically bran NEW!!! I love it and it looks WONDERFUL! I am very thankful to Kim at Gerber in Claremore, OK and VERY Pleased with the work to my car. My father provided help with ... transportation and was so pleased with the work to my car, he immediately inquired as to possible repairs to his truck. I had just bought my beautiful, new car and was involved in a terrible collision with a tractor/trailer - the people involved in repairing my car at Gerber Collision were great - competent is not a good enough word to describe the service, quality of repair, keeping me advised, working with my insurance company. My car looks better then new - I'm not exagerating - they repaired a couple of small paint chips - I feel really fortunate to know that a local business is close by and can beat out any other for service and repair quality.

I really felt like I was cared for as an individual not a case or file number. The people at Gerber in Claremore,OK. took care of all my paperwork fixed my car, made arrangements for my car rental, and when I got my car back it was neat as a pin and looked brand new. They talked to me as an individual and I felt like they took very good care of me as an individual. I felt good and confident when I left their office and when I drove my car away. Thank you Gerber for providing me with such excellent service. I have already recommended you to my mom who had a little accident, and she was pleased as well with your estimate and caring attitude.
