i left a bad review 13 months ago for the way I was treated and how they fixed my car....I had a new light burn out and had to go back, I m glad I did, I dealt with louise there in Claremore and it was such a breaze, so easy to deal with and VERY prompt, like a totally different gerber there in Claremore.. highly recommended and ask for louise!..will go back if I ever need anything done....

No hidden charges. Final bill was the exact amount as the estimate. I was informed of a coupon I could use since I was paying cash which saved me $100.00 dollars. Took the auto in on Monday morning and they thought they could have it finished by Wednesday but they were not able to finish it until Thursday but I received a call letting me know which I appreciated. The work looks good. I was informed as to the after care of the new paint. I would use their services again.

I was in an auto accident, lost my husband and quiet emotional, but gerber repaired my car as though it had never been in a wreck. Even when other things showed up after I started driving the car that was related to the accident, Kim made sure it was fixed and was very supportative of me under my conditions. Also Broken Arrow went out of their way to make sure my car was in good condition for me to drive it to say with my children. Thank you so much for taking care of my car during my trying time. Gerber did an amazing job on my VW Bug! I was pleased that the job was done by an expert who had worked on VW's for many years! The job was also done in record time. I took it in on a Friday and the repairs were done (and my car detailed) by the following Monday! All of the staff was polite, if not cheerful; they were very well informed and very helpful! Can't express my appreciation enough!
