I wanted to bring to your attention the absolutely fabulous service I received from Ms. Antoinette T at the location 3425 N Halsted Street, Chicago Illinois. I contacted over 10 vehicle repair shops and each shop was full with no hopes of getting my vehicle in for an estimate for at least 4 to 6 weeks. I was devastated but then I contacted your location at 3425 N Halsted and spoke with Ms. T, who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Derek B. was awesome as there was delays no one could have predicted. .. weather, flooding etc. There were some initial confusion with the insurance. Derek was patient and I always felt he was doing his best to get my car fixed and back to me. He called the care rental to let them know that the repairs were delayed and I was still using the rental. I walk with a cane and this was very important to me. This was the second time in twenty years I used Gerber and each time I was super please. Derek deserves a raise or promotion! Thanks Gerber!

The best service I've ever experienced at a collision repair shop. Chris was great and coordinated everything with insurance and the rental company making it carefree for me. The repairs were done in 24 hours and they washed/vacuumed it for me as well!
