Customer service was phenomenal. Dropped me off after I left my car and also delivered my car to me when it was finished because I live so close. Bob and Jennifer are always accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. My car was back a day early and looks outstanding! The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they did not vacuum the back cargo area of my car, even though I specifically asked them to. But again, very very minor issue, especially since they are not a car wash. Love this store and love the staff. Will be back...but hopefully not too soon! :-)

This was the first time I experienced a collision accident. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Bob J. kept me informed every step of the way with the progress of my repairs. This was a great comfort to me as I knew I was receiving the very best customer service. The work was done exceptionally well. Also, I would like to mention Jennifer. I had both a new wind shield installed and body work done on fender and front bumper replaced. All work was well done, and I had several comments that my car looks like it is new. The work was scheduled so it was convenient for me, and it was done in a timely manner. I appreciated the personalized service including the transportation to my work after I dropped my car off.

I want to give high praise to Ulises B. After Jan, 2014 front end collision repair, the air conditioning was not working at start of summer. Uli made sure it got fixed after multiple diagnosis sessions. His professionalism and genuine concern really impressed me. He is a true asset to Gerber on Elston. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the A/C was was not working 100% after the Jan 2014 repairs.

The entire process was straight-forward, clearly communicated and efficient. Auto accidents and consequential repairs are always a stressful experience.
