My estimator was Bob and their team is excellent at what they are doing and they really know. I was little nervous because of how bad my car looked and wasn't sure if i picked the right place but after all i am super happy with everything and my car looks fantastic. I would come back if i ever need my car to be fixed and i would recommend Bobs team for everybody.

I found myself in a bad situation that required me to start the repair of my truck out of state, and finish in Chicago. My main concern was going to be the insurance ability to cover the cost of both locations and any overages that can and did occur. I like to commend Ryan and his actions which I know save me money while dealing with 2 separate bills, and the insurance company.. And Jennifer for keeping up to date and taking care of my rental needs. Overall very pleased with repair and experience and will continue my business with Gerber in the future. Thank You.

I was told initially, the bumper replacement would take 4 days, then service manager stated 2 days after inspection. Actually took 1-1/2 days and picked up car again on 2nd day!

From setting an inspection appointment, a drop off appointment to staying in communication throughout the repair process, I could not be happier. My overall experience with Gerber has always been positive. The entire team is friendly, positive, and informative. The front desk receptionist Jennifer is always kind, friendly, prompt and has a smile on her face. The General Manager Mike has been very helpful and appears to manage his team well. Everyone at Gerber seems happy to be there, and at a time when you are not happy due to a wrecked car, they make it hassle and stress free for you. I trust all of the employees at Gerber because of my continued positive experiences with them. The Parts manager Isidro has been very efficient in locating custom and rare parts for my vehicle fast and swiftly. Jennifer was extremely helpful and nice. She waited for me after hours so that could pick up my Vehicle. Went over my damage and let me know that I had a lifetime warranty which is awesome to hear. Will recommend this shop!
