I just want to thank everyone at Valpariso and Chesterton for caring about me not only as a customer but as a person. My beautiful pearl white Buick lacrosse was a mess and when i got it back it looks brand new. But not only that i went to the wrong shop (Valpariso) had already turned my car in and the manager made sure i got over there to Chesterton. Don gave me a ride there when he was suppose to be off his shift....the staff over at Chesterton stayed over 30 min past their shift so o can pick up my car......thanks everyone who helped me that day. You guys are the best.

This evening I visited Gerber and they did an OUTSTANDING job working on my vehicle!! Excellent service, topnotch professional and a manager who went above and beyond to help me!!
