I have been fortunate enough to not have any experiences dealing with collision repair shops and didn't have a lot of knowledge about the claims and repair processes. The team at Gerber was very patient in answering my questions and was very thorough in their explanations of the entire process. Every interaction that I had with any member of the team was extremely positive. On top of all that, the work that they did on the bumper and rear passenger side of my vehicle was exceptional. Crazy good job from start to finish. I got hit by a deer that caused about $5K damage. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Called when things were going smooth and when we got hit by the big snow, they said a part was delayed and the car would be ready a day later. It was. The Cherokee looks like it's brand new. A job well done.
